One team, working across every stage of your real estate journey, from the first conversation to the closing table and beyond.

Joal has spent more than two decades building relationships across Chattanooga, one family at a time. In 2005, he helped found Keller Williams Realty Chattanooga from the ground up, long before it became the market's leading brokerage, and spent his first years in the business as both a Realtor and a builder, learning real estate from the foundation up.
Before real estate, Joal ran his own Taekwondo studio for over a decade, teaching discipline, patience, and follow-through to hundreds of students. Those same values carry straight into how Creativity Team operates today: show up, do the work, and take care of people the way you'd want your own family taken care of.

Anna was born in Spain and raised in Chattanooga, growing up with a father who set a high standard in the housing industry through new home construction. She learned the ins and outs of building and creating a home from an early age, and some of her fondest childhood memories are going to work with her dad on "Take Your Daughter to Work Day," which is what first sparked her passion for real estate.
Anna appreciates the details, leads with her heart, and loves serving others. She is faithful to her relationships and works to make sure everyone she interacts with walks away feeling uplifted and valued. She volunteers weekly at her church and throughout the community, and loves travel and planning her next adventure. Witty, funny, and above all authentic, Anna brings warmth to every client relationship on the team.

Brad is a licensed REALTOR® handling all general real estate transactions across Chattanooga, with a specialty in luxury golf course community real estate and custom homebuilding and renovations.
His builder's background gives clients an edge most agents can't offer: a trained eye for construction quality, materials, and site selection, alongside sharp negotiation and follow-through from the first showing to the closing table.

Shawn Summey serves as a private real estate advisor to C-suite executives, physicians, founders, business owners, and investors. He is a REALTOR® with Keller Williams Greater Downtown Realty in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Most people meet a real estate agent once, use them for a single transaction, and never think about them again. Shawn works differently. He builds long-term advisory relationships with clients who buy, sell, and invest in real estate, much like they rely on a CPA, an attorney, or a wealth advisor. For clients who don't want to interview a new agent every time real estate comes up, Shawn is that advisor.
That approach shows up in four ways. He protects his clients' time by coordinating inspections, contractors, lenders, and closings so they don't have to. He protects their interests through negotiation, due diligence, and strategy at every stage of a transaction. He protects their existing relationships by working alongside their CPA, attorney, or wealth advisor instead of competing with them. He also protects continuity by staying the single point of contact across every property, regardless of type or location.
Shawn represents buyers and sellers directly across Greater Chattanooga, North Georgia, and anywhere in Tennessee or Georgia. Outside that footprint, he selects the right local agent, stays involved through the entire transaction, and continues to advocate for his client's interests, just as he would if the property were down the street. He works with primary residences, luxury homes, vacation properties, recreational land, farms, 1031 exchanges, and investment property.
Before real estate, Shawn spent 25 years in professional sales and finance. He has raised more than $50 million across real estate funds and direct investments, including McLemore Resort and The Keep, and holds active real estate licenses in both Tennessee and Georgia.
Shawn also develops capital formation systems and infrastructure, building the structure, story, and relationships behind a raise that holds up. For clients whose investor relations infrastructure, capital stack strategy, or raise narrative isn't built the way it needs to be, he puts in place the systems, communication rhythm, and reporting standards that keep investors informed and confident across the life of a deal. His work in this area includes Artisan Land Companies and Ascendant Development, and he is a partner in Hound Dog Fund, L.P.
That background is part of why clients bring him into decisions that go beyond a single transaction, from a 1031 exchange to an out-of-state acquisition to a farm purchase after selling a business.
We'd be honored to serve you, your family, and everyone you send our way. Reach out directly, or ask whoever referred you to make the introduction.
