Joal has spent more than two decades building relationships across Chattanooga, one family at a time. In 2005, he helped found Keller Williams Realty Chattanooga from the ground up, long before it became the market's leading brokerage, and spent his first years in the business as both a Realtor and a builder, learning real estate from the foundation up.
Before real estate, Joal ran his own Taekwondo studio for over a decade, teaching discipline, patience, and follow-through to hundreds of students.
