Joal Henke

Joal has spent more than 20 years building relationships across Chattanooga, one family at a time. In 2005, he helped start Keller Williams Realty Chattanooga from scratch, long before it became the city's top brokerage. In his first years, he worked as both a Realtor and a builder. That gave him a real, hands-on understanding of real estate.

Before real estate, Joal ran his own Taekwondo studio for over a decade. He taught discipline, patience, and follow-through to hundreds of students. Those same values shape how Creativity Team works today. Show up. Do the work. Take care of people the way you'd want your own family cared for.
